Phil Lacroix and Sons established their family owned and operated general contracting business in 1953. We specialize in remodeling, new construction, historical preservation work, damage repair – insurance recovery, and installation of whole house generators.

All members of our team are licensed construction supervisors in the states of Massachusetts and New Hampshire and are fully insured. Our quotes are free for non-insurance claims. We also procure permits for our clients (actual permit fee is additional).

Our goal is to insure your comfort and safety during while we are working in your home. During construction, our sites are left broom clean every day.
